Backup, restore and migrate game database
Data management on the iPhone is not 100% reliable, and relying on the backup performed during synchronization is not the best solution. 12 Strikes should provide a way to backup the game database to an outside system, and restore data from a previous backup.
This will also allow a user of the Lite version to move their games from the Lite to the full version of 12 Strikes.
33 votesGame database backup and restore has been released in 12 Strikes 2.3.

Entering position and target information is something that other tools already provide, and is very valuable information to collect.

Calculate spare, strike, open averages per game
I would like to request an update to this app. In this update would like to have single pin spare percentage, multiple pin spare percentage, average strikes per game, average spares per game, and average opens per game in the analysis overview. Thank you very much and I hope to see this update on my 12 strikes app

Broaden Average By Day analysis to be Stats By Day
The Average By Day analysis by itself is not very useful for progress tracking. It would be nice to broaden that analysis to include other information, such as strikes, spares, open frames, splits, splits converted, longest string of consecutive strikes, for example.

Add a series of games (for example, all 3 games in a league night) all at once
Because most people bowl several games in a row, and all of the settings on the game detail screen stay the same for all of those games, being able to create the entire series of games at once would save a lot of setup time.
The idea would be to change the + button on the game list to create the series of games, asking for the details upfront, instead of creating a single unfilled game.

Enter lane oil pattern
The lane oil pattern is a useful piece of information, especially for things like sport bowling, where there are well-defined oil patterns.
If you vote for this, please let me know with a comment how you would like to enter this information. Thanks!

Enter ball used for a roll
An important piece of information for many bowlers is the ball used for a particular roll. 12 Strikes should allow that information to be entered. This should include some sort of basic heuristic that would automatically fill in that information based on past history in the game, as is currently done for lane number.

Individual game analysis from scoring screen
It would be nice to have a quick button to push that would change the scoring view to an analysis view that has a quick analysis of the stats for that game. It would be very similar to what is listed in the Stats by Day feature request.

This has already been provided as part of 2.2. 12 Strikes Lite is still version 2.1, but will be updated with the next release of 12 Strikes.

Filter games by criteria
In order to find particular games more easily, and limit analysis to a particular set of games, it would be nice to be able to filter games based on a set of criteria. A good initial set would be game name, alley, league, and date.
